WeAre Solutions Oy makes the first acquisition in its history by acquiring E2 Software Oy. E2 Software is an experienced IT license seller that offers software for application and system monitoring, analysis and problem solving. E2 Software has represented Splunk software since 2011 and achieved a significant role as a reseller, as well as an Elite level partnership. E2 Software's annual turnover is €1.7M.
The deal strengthens WeAre's position as a provider of Splunk services and licenses in the Nordic. WeAre is now even more capable to help customers by offering not only Splunk expertise but also Splunk licenses.
